Elsis TS has signed a subcontract agreement with MT Group UAB for the provision of services in the framework of the general contract with Amber Grid AB – “Implementation of the operational technological control of the gas transmission system – replacement of the shut-off devices and connection to the remote technological process control system SCADA”.

During the execution of the contract, the installation of remote control (SCADA), alarm and video surveillance systems and all other necessary ground works, construction and repair works, electrical engineering works, including the supply of the necessary materials and equipment, as well as the commissioning – debugging and testing of the system will be carried out at 51 line taps.

The project will contribute to the further modernisation and development of the main gas pipelines operated by Amber Grid AB to ensure management efficiency and safety.

The contract, worth over €1.7 million, will be carried out in phases until 1 March 2022.
