Objectives in the area of quality:

  • Clearly identify customers’ needs;
  • Ensure that all products (goods and/or services) and systems thereof supplied to the
    customers are of good quality;
  • Seek constant improvement of the Group’s management and business processes in order
    to consistently increase value of the companies in the long term, enhance their efficiency
    and competitiveness;
  • Improve staff competences and qualifications in the attainment of set objectives.

To attain these objectives, the Group’s companies have implemented, maintain and constantly improve the quality management system complying with ISO 9001.

The Quality Policy was formulated and approved by the companies‘ management for compliance purposes.
