Project description:

The geo-environmental monitoring system installed in Lithuanian Geological Survey consists of 20 automatic telemetry stations and telemetry center. Each station is equipped with controller for data acquisition and transmission via GSM/GPRS, solar batteries with reserve accumulator, ground water level and temperature measurement sensors with pressure compensation, other technical equipment necessary for proper functioning. Technical equipment and software installed in telemetry center for data reception, processing and visualization. The main task of the system – obtain and operatively transmit information on the change of depths and temperatures of ground water occurrence and enable to provide timely information on the approaching flows of ground water on the surface of the earth or sudden soil desiccation to the residents and the respective institutions. Project description:

With a view to ensure the safety and reliability of the supply of natural gas, “Elsis TS” and “Elsis IT” automated the auxiliary process management, monitoring, tap control systems in transmission pipelines and technological process management systems, equipped the control of the remote centre with administration premises, installed telecommunications networks as well as audio and video equipment and carried out the technical-operational project preparation, automation and telecommunications installation works for the intake chamber of the control device DN700 and the discharge chamber of the control device DN500 of the Vilnius-Kaliningrad main gas pipeline.

Project description:

Newly installed air and soil temperature, wind characteristics, sun radiation sensors, snow cover thickness sensors and others will allow to provide actual reliable hydrometeorological information and forecasts for state and local governmental institutions, economic and business entities, international agencies and the country‘s public users.

The installed equipment and devices will create prerequisites for more accurate weather forecasting, flood, drought, water shortages, to develop specific predictions, assessing agrometeorological conditions, promptly inform the residents and other interested bodies about extreme events.

The project  is implemented according the  2007-2013 EU Cohesion Funds Programme „Environmental monitoring, control and prevention“. Equipment manufacturer: Vaisala Oy“ (Finland). The project is financed  by European Union Structural Funds and the Lithuanian State.

Project description:

Project description:

The objective of the implemented Project was to equip the mobile command post, consisting of the command control centre and the emergency communication centre installed in vehicles. This equipment enables carrying out the surveillance and analysing the situation, communicating with the officers outside the command post. The installed system also ensures that the commanders and support personnel of the staff on four wheels will have access to the phone, radio, electronic communication, various databases, will be able to work with computer and visual monitoring equipment.

Project description:

A new atmospheric radiosounding system has been installed, allowing operatively receive, process and provide reliable information about weather conditions, more precisely forecast weather.  System consists out of  ground equipment  (antenna, receiver, computer for data processing) and 1187 radiosondes with aerological 500 gramme latex balloons. Equipment manufacturer – “Vaisala Oyj” (Finland).

Project description:

The company executed the jobs, pertaining to renovation and modernization of 3 coastal surveillance radiolocation stations TERMA, belonging and used by Lithuanian Naval Force. The old transmitters-receivers will be substituted, the new computer equipment and software will be installed, the other renovation, repair and precise adjustment jobs will be executed in the course of the modernization. The total value of the contract is more than 2 mln.Lt (0,5 mln. Eur).

Project description:

Agrometeorological observation network is very important for Lithuania, especially for the agricultural economy. The purpose of the implemented equipment is to automate measurements at the agro-meteorological stations so that it would be possible to fix constantly the meteorological elements and atmospheric phenomena, which predetermine the condition of agrocultures, spreading of diseases of the plants, danger of the frost, the activity of the crop insurance system and settling of the other items, at the territory of each self-government.

The agrometeorological observation network consists out of 43 automated agro-meteorological stations with the following elements each: the data controllers, the GPRS modem and the feeding equipment (batteries) are installed in the protected cabinet on the pole; the sun radiation gauge (the pyranometer); the air temperature and relative humidity sensors; sensors of the wind speed and direction; sensors of humidity of the leaves; the sun battery; the precipitation-meter, which is installed on a separate support; the sensors for measuring of the soil surface temperature (2 cm above the ground) and of the deep temperature (5, 20, 50 cm) as well as of humidity (20, 50 cm and 1 m), which are installed in the soil near the post.

The system’s software, installed in the client’s server, is adapted for acquisition, processing, accumulation and visualization of the data. Moreover, the system is equipped with the special equipment, which forecasts diseases of the plants and pests (the moduli); the system provides the possibility for ascertaining and control of infections of the plants. Besides, the system calculates the hydrothermal coefficient, which allows evaluating the conditions of the vegetation period’s humidity.

Project description:

The supplied radio stations are meant for assurance of the safe communication between the over-ground objects and aircrafts (the radio communication “ground-air”) and of the safe communication between the over-ground objects (the radio communication “ground-ground”). The specialists of the company together with the manufacturers of the equipment will secure implementation of the radio communication means, their servicing and technical maintenance.
